In a field of your own

In the pretty village of West Tytherley on the Hampshire Wiltshire borders.

LOCATION

Bentleys is located adjacent to Bentley Wood, Frenchmoor, West Tytherley, Hampshire which is approximately 9 miles East of Salisbury and 9 miles North-west of Romsey.

If you are using a postcode to find us SP5 1NU will bring you to Bentley’s entrance adjacent to our home called “Lynwood”. To check in you will first need to park in the car park at the end of the stable block and make your way through the garden to our back door.

The following directions guide offers detailed directions which we hope you will find useful should your satnav signal prove intermittent.

We have parking for ONE car.

ARRIVAL

We recommend travel by car as this is the easiest means of getting around the area, however guests can arrive by taxi, train or bus or you may want to come by bicycle – for which we can provide storage. Parking is limited to 1 car, if you have no alternative but to bring another car or are expecting visitors during your stay please call us.

Check in is from 4pm but it may be possible to arrive earlier by prior arrangement. It would be helpful if you can arrive before 6pm as we need time to show you how everything works, it is much easier in the daylight as the night skies at Bentley’s are dark!

We email detailed instructions prior to your arrival to enable you to find us with ease. To transport your luggage 100 or so yards from the car park to the hut, we provide a traditional Victorian wheelbarrow to make life easier.

Torches are also provided.

FURTHER INFO

The land leading from the parking area down to the hut is grazed by our sheep, horses and alpacas and guests are requested to leave gates as they find them to ensure the stock are contained accordingly. It is a good minute walk to reach the Hut across our paddock on a defined hardcore path. Please take care.

COVID-19 Booking Guarantee

If your booking is cancelled due to a COVID-19 lockdown we will agree new dates within 12 months (of the original booked dates) free of charge.

If no dates can be agreed, Bentleys undertakes to provide a full refund (less an admin fee of £25) 12 months from the original booked holiday date.
